Nigeria, China seal new deal to replace failed NigComSat-1 by 2011
Nigerian and Chinese authorities yesterday in Beijing inked another contract to replace the NigComSat-1, the Nigerian communications satellite that failed in orbit last year after a system malfunction.
NCC revisits number portability for telecoms market
The Nigerian Communications Commission is to revisit the issue of number portability, the ability of a customer to transfer from one phone operator to another and retain the same number, at the 50th edition of its Consumer Parliament.
